There is a lot of discussion on the type of turntable used for cake making so I thought I’d share what I have. It’s not a Wilton or any kind of designed-for-cake turntable. I bought it in my local cake supply store. Simple pressed wood on a lazy susan center. Sturdy and level. No fancy name brand or bells and whistles. Just a simple tool that does the job!
